The Trades Are for Women Too!

If you’ve been watching any television lately, you may have noticed the government of Ontario ads called “Make It In The Trades”. These are crisp, clean and to the point. They make it abundantly clear that the trades are for women too; they’re inclusive.

The IBEW has been making great strides over the decades, introducing more people to the trades than ever before. In recognition of International Woman’s Day, we would like to share our IBEW 2019 Canadian Women’s Conference video.
